Information Technology (IT) Consulting and Management Services – Rebid
The RFP sets forth the instructions to bidders, terms and conditions, specifications, and forms necessary to submit a complete proposal. It can be obtained online by visiting the Borough’s electronic bidding system: https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/bergenfield/projects/217403
Proposals must be submitted electronically using the Borough’s electronic bidding system and in strict accordance with the aforesaid specification.
Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and P.L.1975,
c.127 N.J.A.C.17:27 et seq. (Affirmative Action) and Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (42 U.S.C. S12101, et seq.)
Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:11-24, the Borough of Bergenfield reserves the right to consider the bid proposals for sixty (60) days after receipt. Moreover, the Borough of Bergenfield reserves the right to reject any and all proposals in whole or in part in accordance with N.J.S.A. 40A:11-13.2 and waive any minor informalities not considered a material defect under N.J.S.A. 40A:11-1.
