TO CONDUCT PROPERTY REVALUATION SERVICES
Notice is hereby given that the Borough of Bergenfield, in the County of Bergen, State of New Jersey, hereby advertises for proposal statements pursuant to a fair and open process for professional services to conduct PROPERTY REVALUATION SERVICES.
Proposals will be received electronically via the Borough’s electronic bidding system before Friday, March 13, 2026, at 10:00 am.
The Request for Proposals sets forth the information, terms and conditions, scope, and forms necessary to complete a response, which may be obtained online by visiting the Borough’s electronic bidding system: https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/bergenfield
BID GUARANTEE: Bidder shall submit as part of the bid a certified check, cashier’s check, or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid price, but not above $20,000, payable unconditionally to the Borough of Bergenfield.
NOTE: The Bid Guarantee, whether paid by certified check, cashier’s check, or bid bond, must be received before Friday, March 13, 2026 10:00 am, prevailing time in a sealed envelope bearing the name of the project, PROPERTY REVALUATION SERVICES, the bidder’s name, and address, and shall be addressed to the attention of the Qualified Purchasing Agent (QPA), and delivered to the Finance Department on the third floor of Borough Hall, located at 198 N Washington Avenue, Bergenfield, NJ 07621.
Respondents are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and P.L.1975, c.127 N.J.A.C.17:27 et seq. (Affirmative Action) and Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (42 U.S.C. S12101, et seq.).
The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals due to any defects or waive informalities and to accept the proposal of the vendor who best meets the delineated criteria set forth in the Request for Proposal and within the time frame set forth therein. The Municipality shall award the contract or reject all proposals within 60 days of receiving the proposals.
