Notice is hereby given that the Borough of Bergenfield, in the County of Bergen, State of New Jersey, hereby advertises for sealed bids. Sealed bids will be received electronically via the Borough’s electronic bidding system before Tuesday, June 16, 2026,9:00 am prevailing time, at which time they will be opened online and thereafter read aloud in public at the Borough of Bergenfield, 198 N. Washington Avenue, Bergenfield NJ, 07621:
Purchase, Delivery, and Set Up of Two (2) Washers and Two (2) Drying Cabinets for the Borough of Bergenfield Fire Department (FD)
The bid package, which sets forth the terms and conditions, specifications, and forms necessary to complete a bid response, and is obtained online by visiting the Borough’s electronic bidding system: https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/bergenfield.
Bids must be prepared and submitted electronically using the Borough’s electronic bidding system and based upon and in strict accordance with the aforesaid specification.
Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and P.L.1975, c.127 N.J.A.C.17:27 et seq.(Affirmative Action) and Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (42 U.S.C. S12101, et seq.)
Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:11-24, the Borough of Bergenfield reserves the right to consider the bid proposals for sixty (60) days after the receipt thereof. Moreover, the Borough of Bergenfield reserves the right to reject any and all proposals in accordance with N.J.S.A. 40A:11-13.2, and waive minor informalities not considered material defects under N.J.S.A. 40A:11-1, et seq.
