The registration provides tenants and the Borough with important ownership and emergency contact information, including the property owner, managing agent (if applicable), and a local contact authorized to receive notices and service of process. This information helps ensure timely communication regarding property maintenance, emergencies, and tenant concerns.

A completed Landlord Identity Registration Statement must be submitted to the Borough and updated whenever ownership or the required contact information changes.

Property owners can complete and submit the Landlord Identity Registration online using the Borough’s GovPilot portal or contact the Code Enforcement Bureau for additional information and assistance.
