FOR THE 2027 PROVISION OF PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AND EXTRAORDINARY UNSPECIFIABLE SERVICES (EUS), ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT ATTORNEY AND ENGINEER, PLANNING BOARD ATTORNEY AND ENGINEER, AND MUNICIPAL PLANNER OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT FOR THE ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT AND PLANNING BOARD
Notice is hereby given that the Borough of Bergenfield, in the County of Bergen, State of New Jersey, hereby advertises for qualification statements for the 2027 provision of professional services & extraordinary unspecifiable services (EUS), planning board attorney and engineer, zoning board of adjustment attorney and engineer, and municipal planner of economic development for the zoning board of adjustment and planning board.
Qualification statements will be received electronically via the Borough’s electronic bidding system before Friday, December 4, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. prevailing time.
The Request for Qualifications sets forth the information, scope, and forms necessary to complete a response, which may be obtained online by visiting the Borough’s electronic bidding system: https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/bergenfield.
Respondents are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and P.L.1975, c.127 N.J.A.C.17:27 et seq. (Affirmative Action) and Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (42 U.S.C. S12101, et seq.).
