The Borough of Bergenfield Recreation Department is pleased to announce a partnership with USA Sport Group to offer Spring Sports Classes beginning April 19, held on Sundays at the PAL Field.
These programs are designed to provide fun, safe, and age-appropriate instruction for young children while encouraging physical activity, confidence, and teamwork.
Program Offerings
Parent & Me
Designed to introduce toddlers to movement and basic sports skills with parent participation.
- Ages 1.5 – 2.5: 8:30 AM & 10:00 AM
- Ages 2 – 3.5: 9:15 AM & 10:45 AM
Multi-Sports
Children are introduced to a variety of sports while developing coordination, balance, and teamwork.
- Ages 3 – 4.5: 8:30 AM & 10:10 AM
- Ages 4 – 5.5: 9:20 AM & 11:00 AM
Cheer & Dance
An energetic program focused on movement, rhythm, confidence, and self-expression.
- Ages 3 – 4.5: 9:20 AM
- Ages 4 – 5.5: 10:10 AM
- Ages 5 – 7: 11:00 AM
Program Cost
- $196 per child for the full program

USA Sport Group is a nationally recognized youth sports organization that specializes in age-appropriate programming led by professional coaches. Their mission is to create a positive, engaging environment where children can develop athletic skills, confidence, and a lifelong love of physical activity.
